This full-time Homestay Quality Executive at PLY HOME MANAGEMENT in Ipoh, Perak offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality and tourism company. As a Homestay Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our premier homestay accommodation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all homestay units to the highest standards.
• Coordinating with external service providers for laundry, repairs, and other support services.
• Regularly inspect the condition of unit equipment and facilities.
• Refilling and purchasing necessary items such as toiletries, linens, and other guest essentials.
• Perform basic daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, linen change and sanitizing surfaces if needed.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years of experience in a similar homestay or hospitality cleaning or operations role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willing to work understress.
