Kerja Sepenuh Masa, RESIDENT ENGINEER di GPC INTEGRATED SDN BHD Kelantan - Maukerja

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Acts as Engineers Representatives.
2. Coordinates with the Client and Contractor.
3. Able to handle design change at site and coordinate with HQ for drawings.
4. Liaises with Local Authorities.
5. Advises on contractual and construction matters.
6. Liaises with Department and approve Contractors submissions.
7. Coordinates forward planning.
8. Implements the term and conditions of Contract.
9. Supervises, reviews, monitors and reports on progress.
10. Liaises with all parties for site safety.
11. Convenes and chair regular meetings.
12. Issues additional drawings & etc as required.
13. Provides technical leadership to his team.
14. Coordinates and monitors activities of his team.
15. Ensures prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
16. Ensures accuracy and completeness of records according to ISO 9001.
17. Maintains awareness of contracts financial status.
18. Gives final approval to Works and arrange Handover.

Qualification & Requirement :

1. 45 years old and below.
2. Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
3. Registered as Professional Engineer with BEM.
4. Minimum 20 years experiences in construction supervision of large scale infrastructure project.
5. Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in an engineering consulting firm.
6. Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills.
