Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working hour: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft Purview DLP policies across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and endpoints
• Implement and tune DLP rules, policy tips, alerts, and enforcement settings
• Support email DLP optimization and endpoint DLP onboarding
• Monitor alerts, investigate false positives, and assist with policy tuning
• Support pilot testing, wave-based rollout, and post go-live support
• Maintain configuration documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements

• At least 2+ years experience in DLP, data protection, or Microsoft 365 security/compliance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP (or related M365 security tools) is added advantage
• Familiarity with sensitivity labels, Sensitive Information Types (SITs), and DLP policy scoping
• Basic PowerShell knowledge for administration and reporting
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a structured, client-facing environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with endpoint DLP (Intune / Defender for Endpoint)
• Exposure to SOC tools (Microsoft Defender, Sentinel)
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-400)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
