Job Description

We are seeking a committed and experienced individual to join our organisation as a Focal Marketing Executive, with a primary focus on accident-related matters involving clients, enforcement authorities, and insurance providers.

This role requires hands-on experience in managing accident cases and acting as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal person for accident-related cases
• Handle initial client engagement and case coordination
• Liaise with Police Stations, Investigating Officers (IO) and relevant authorities
• Coordinate and manage documentation related to insurance claims
• Work closely with internal legal and operations teams
• Ensure timely follow-up and proper case documentation

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in handling road accident cases or insurance-related matters
• Familiar with procedures involving police reports and accident documentation
• Knowledge of insurance claim processes will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage field-related assignments
• Responsible, proactive, and well-organised

The successful candidate will support case coordination and client liaison functions and shall not provide legal advice or act in a professional legal capacity.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
