We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in financial operations. As a Finance Intern, you will assist in various financial and administrative tasks, helping to support our finance department and enhance your understanding of financial processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Dept

  • Assist in follow up with all parties to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time.
  • Create and send invoices to customers.
  • Generate and distribute monthly customer statements.
  • Support the processing of invoices and purchase requests (PR)
  • Maintaining the accounts payable by checking, recording and posting invoices towards the preparation for payment and ensuring all payments are accounted in a timely basis.
  • Assist in reporting, analysis including vendor/customer balances reconciliation and ageing report.
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices, payments and to notify vendors upon remittance of payment.
  • Process Accounts Receivable invoices, receipts and generate monthly Statement of Accounts.
  • Follow up and communicate with various departments to ensure compliance and submission are all in order.
  • Assisting in monthly closing and preparing of report accounts, as required.
  • Any other duties that the management may assign to you from time to time.

Human Resources And Administration

  • Support HR Services filings/documentations and administrative functions in the area of recruitment, compensation & benefits as well as updating and maintenance of HR records
  • Accuracy in data entry and general Human Resource administration
  • To assist in special projects as and when required

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Candidate must possess at least CGPA OF 3.2 and above
  • Required skill must good coordination skills, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, positive learning attitude
  • Internship for at least 3-6 month,

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
