The Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Dental Assistant to join our growing clinic network. You will play a frontline role in delivering exceptional patient experiences while supporting our dental practitioners in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
• Prepare and sterilise dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
• Manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and clinical records accurately
• Educate and guide patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices
• Mentor and supervise junior dental assistants and front desk staff
• Maintain adequate inventory of dental supplies and consumables
• Ensure full compliance with MOH and MDC regulatory standards at all times
• Uphold strict patient confidentiality in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Act or holds a recognised dental assisting qualification
• Proficient in dental charting, radiography, and infection control procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Calm, professional, and compassionate — especially when handling anxious patients
• A person of high integrity who understands the ethical responsibilities of working in healthcare
• Experience with dental management software is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
