- Need someone physically involved in the deployment works, have at least hands on experience in Microsoft solutions: Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Azure and other related Microsoft infrastructure application software and Microsoft SQL database on infrastructure.
- Not on system administrator role which remotely assist the operations, even better if is projects based.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advanced Software Implementation: Lead and oversee the planning, setup, and configuration of advanced EUC applications, including AD, Exchange, Office 365, and SCCM across client environments.
- Project Management: Manage and ensure successful completion of complex projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer and development within the team.
- Complex Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex technical issues, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure minimal downtime.
- Client and Vendor Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring systems function optimally and projects meet performance criteria.
- Continuous Service Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction through process enhancements.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Valid Microsoft certifications are required.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in technical roles, with a focus on EUC software solutions such as Windows OS, Office 365, and SCCM.
- Experience working with Exchange server environments (on-premise and virtualized with HyperV & VMware), and integrating third-party archiving systems such as Symantec Enterprise Vault, EAS, EMC Source One, or Email Xtender.
Knowledge: Proficient in Exchange Web Services (EWS) and MAPI protocols. Strong understanding of customer service principles, software integration, and infrastructure environments.
