HR Operations & Administration:

• Provide support for daily HR operations.
• Manage confidential documentation, and maintain organized personal folders.

Talent Acquisition:

• Assist with job postings and resume screenings for Operations.
• Schedule and coordinate candidates for interviews arrangement.
• Assist on physical career fair.

Employee Relations:

• Assist the team in organizing employee events
• Answer queries from employees

New joiner Onboarding:

• Liaise with Head of Department on induction program for new joiners in Head Office.

Other task:

• Participate and assist in HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Good oral and written skills in English/ Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
• Positive attitude with good communication and excellent problem-solving skills
• Resourceful, proactive, attention to details and a good team player

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
