About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Avares (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative and operational support to various departments within the organisation
• Assisting with the coordination and execution of daily operations, including scheduling, data entry, and document management
• Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving
• Maintaining and updating databases, records, and other relevant information systems
• Supporting the implementation of process improvements and streamlining of administrative tasks
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall operations of the company

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, sales or operations support role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office equipment and software.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
• Have Experience in Food Nutrition or Sains Industry

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
