Job Responsibilities:
1. To handle incoming calls, emails and admin task such as data entry, filing and document management.
2. Perform functions such as booking flights/hotels for offshore operations.
3. To practice and maintain proper documentation, filing system and records for project and ISO documentation.
4. To assist in preparing purchase order/ Invoice/Delivery Order/CN/DN when needed.
5. To renew company licenses and company insurance before the expiry date.
6. To oversee purchasing and replenishment of office stationery and pantry supplies.
7. Handle reception responsibilities such as greeting and prepare refreshment for visitors
8. Providing general office support and maintaining a tidy workspace
9. Support the team with various administrative task when needed.
To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
