- Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance for building systems and facilities.
- Attend to breakdowns, complaints, and emergency maintenance works promptly.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair works for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil systems.
- Monitor the condition of equipment such as air-conditioning systems, pumps, lighting, water supply systems, and fire protection systems.
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with safety procedures and company standards.
- Record daily maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment readings.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors during maintenance or repair works when required.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance materials are properly maintained and stored.
- Assist in testing and inspection of building systems including genset, fire alarm, and HVAC systems.
- Support building operations during emergencies and standby duties when required.
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in building or facilities maintenance.
- Experience in commercial building, residential, industrial, or facilities management environment is an added advantage.
- Possession of competency certificates such as PW4, Air-Conditioning, or other technical certifications is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or standby duties when required.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
