Job Scope - Renovation Supervision

* Source, evaluate, and deal with new contractors for outlet renovation and fit-out works.

* Compare quotations and negotiate for reasonable and competitive pricing.

* Coordinate and supervise renovation progress to ensure smooth project execution.

* Monitor workmanship quality, project timelines, and compliance with company requirements.

* Handle renovation details including site arrangements, materials, M&E coordination, and outlet setup.

* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, building management, and internal teams regarding renovation matters.

* Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays in outlet opening.

* Ensure all outlets are completed and ready to commence operations within the targeted timeline.

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Probation Period: 3 months
