Requirements:

· Design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 based on business requirements.

· Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C#.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

· Perform system configuration including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.

· Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in CRM applications.

· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

· Participate in data migration, data cleansing, and system upgrades.

· Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for CRM systems post-deployment.

· Optimize CRM performance and ensure scalability of applications.

· Work with front-end technologies (like React JS) for enhancing UI/UX when required.

· Implement security best practices and ensure data integrity within CRM.

· Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and recommend improvements.

· Assist in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.

· Mentor junior developers and support team knowledge sharing initiatives.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

· 6-8 years of experience in application development, with at least 4 years in a working Dynamics CRM.

· Strong proficiency in C# for writing plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic.

· Strong understanding of the Dynamics Service module, OOTB features of service management.

· Experience in designing and implementing the Service /Sales CRM module
Good to have react JS development or integration with CRM exposure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
