Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned retail outlet
• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and product displays
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic team coordination
• Support promotional campaigns and new product launches

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Retail Supervisor / Senior Sales
• Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Sales-driven with good customer service mindset
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
