Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, install, and monitor network performance (LAN/WAN, including wireless).
• Analyze, test, and backup configurations to identify potential improvements.
• Troubleshoot system issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network efficiency.
• Create network diagrams and evaluate performance for enhancements.
• Schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting team operations.
• Guide and mentor junior network engineers/technicians.
• Collaborate with the team and assist colleagues when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a network engineer or similar role.
• CCNA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and network technologies.
• Hands-on experience with common network software and hardware.
• Willingness to travel for outstation assignments.
