Duration: 3 to 6 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR functions including recruitment, employee records management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare interview documents and candidate files
  • Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintain and update employee records (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Assist in preparing employment letters, contracts, and HR documents
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of HR documents
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Assist in onboarding new employees (documentation, orientation support)
  • Prepare onboarding materials and checklist
  • Support exit process and documentation for resigned staff
  • Attendance & Payroll Support
  • Assist in monitoring staff attendance and leave records
  • Support payroll preparation by compiling necessary data
  • Ensure all employee information is accurate and updated
  • General HR Administration
  • Handle basic HR inquiries from staff
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Perform ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
