JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Customer Enquiry & Communication
- Respond to enquiries from walk-in, WhatsApp, FB, IG, XHS, Mudah promptly
- Provide accurate car details, pricing, specs and availability
- Follow up consistently until customer confirms: Yes / No / Later No ignoring, delaying or giving incomplete information
B. Showroom & Walk-In Handling
- Attend walk-in customers immediately
- Present vehicles professionally with accurate condition and PPI info
- Arrange test drives safely; record customer driving license
- Handle car keys responsibly and return after use
- Ensure display cars are clean, tidy and presentable at all times
C. Vehicle Stock & Showroom Management
- Update car stock list daily (new arrival, status, location, price) For new consignment cars: arrange wash, QC, photo and proper parking
- Daily morning check: cleanliness, parking position, new scratches/dents
- Ensure cars are ready and accessible for viewing/test drive
D. Advertising & Online Listing
- Post ads to Mudah, Carlist, DirectBuy website
- Ensure clear photos, correct specs, price and condition description
- Maintain good listing quality to attract enquiries
E. Social Media & Content
- Create at least 5 videos per week
- Join 2–3 live streams per week
- Support content: walkaround, features, condition, selling points
