Position: Clinic Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients and manage patient records (manual or system-based)
• Handle front counter duties and attend to patient inquiries
• Manage patient appointments and patient flow
• Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment before and after use
• Take patients’ vital signs (e.g. blood pressure, temperature, weight)
• Manage clinic supplies, medications, and inventory
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the clinic
• Handle basic billing, payments, and simple financial records
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Certificate or training in healthcare / nursing assistant is an advantage
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, responsible, and disciplined
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
