Thiqa is a next-generation platform focused on youth digital safety, education, and wellbeing in Malaysia.

We are currently building our core team from the ground up and this role sits at the center of it.

What you’ll do:

• Lead system architecture and backend development
• Design scalable systems (API, database, services)
• Drive technical decisions and long-term scalability
• Work closely with leadership and product team

What we’re looking for:

• Strong backend experience (Node.js / Python)
• Solid system design and architecture skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis
• Ownership mindset (very important)
• Experience to think long term, not just execute tasks
