Role Purpose
Corporate Key Account Servicing Executive focuses on retaining existing clients, strengthening relationships, and enhancing value delivery through ongoing engagement and service optimization. The primary focus is lead generation and relationship management within HR, insurers, brokers, and corporate decision-makers. In addition, the role supports social media branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Engagement (Revenue-Focused)
- Conduct needs analysis and proposes suitable corporate health solutions.
- Lead client presentations, discovery sessions, and solution pitching across multiple service verticals to convert prospects into active accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, decision-makers, and ecosystem partners.
- Track and report sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets monthly.
- Support strategic expansion into targeted industries and clusters (manufacturing, GLCs, MNCs, etc.).
2. B2B Marketing & Brand Positioning
- Support content ideation and posting on LinkedIn and relevant B2B platforms.
- Assist in developing marketing materials (event posters, pitch visuals, engagement posts).
- Engage with prospects via LinkedIn outreach and digital networking.
- Support visibility of corporate events and wellness activations through online posts.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements for lead generation.
3. Corporate Project & Activation Execution
- Plan and execute specific new projects and proposals to ensure seamless activation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (wellness, clinic, pharmacy, physio, mental health, branding) to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support pilot initiatives and new service rollouts with on-ground coordination.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior, including involvement in new events, initiatives, or projects in line with the company’s direction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, insurance, healthcare sales, or corporate marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and B2B outreach.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, Google Workspace.
- Key account management
- Good presentation and proposal-writing skills in English.
