Kerja Sepenuh Masa NPI - PLM Coordinator, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Actiforce Mechatronics Technology (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Objectives:

To drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time execution of NPI builds, managing engineering changes and Bill of Materials (BOM), and tracking issues to closure to support successful product launches and ongoing business needs during NPI phase.

Roles And Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and drive NPI activities and deliverables in collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams (CFT).

· Plan and execute NPI builds within the project timeline by working closely with R&D and CFT.

· Conduct post-mortem reviews after each NPI build and track all issues and findings until closure.

· Lead NPI Change Orders (NCN) and Bill of Materials (BOM) management during the NPI phase.

· Facilitate risk identification and issue escalation to minimize impact on project timelines.

· Coordinate product handover from development to mass production, ensuring all deliverables are completed.

· Maintain lessons learned and project documentation for future reference and continuous improvement.

· Perform any other assignments and responsibilities as required by management.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering

· Experience: 3–5 years in NPI, PLM, or product development and manufacturing

· Skills:

- Proficiency in PLM software such as Agile, SAP, ERP systems and Microsoft 365 Applications

- Excellent written and verbal skills

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
