About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Homestay Operations Intern to support the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. This role provides hands-on exposure to the hospitality and property management industry, including guest support, operations coordination, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily homestay operations for short-term rental properties
• Support guest communication and booking coordination across online platforms
• Assist with check-in / check-out arrangements and guest support
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations team
• Help monitor property readiness and report issues when needed
• Assist with administrative work, reports, and internal documentation
• Support the team to ensure smooth guest experience and property operations

Requirements:

• Students or fresh graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
• Interest in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental industry
