This role involves working closely with the team to create and update architectural drawings, technical plans, and 3D models using CAD and related software, while making sure all work follows building codes, regulations, and industry standards. The position requires managing multiple projects, revising drawings as designs change, organizing drawing files and templates, and supporting design presentations with visual renderings. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in architecture or a related field, be skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools, understand architectural and construction principles, read and interpret drawings accurately, and have strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Bonus skills include experience with rendering software, BIM tools like Revit, sustainable design knowledge, prior work in an architectural or construction firm, and relevant certifications.
