Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Building & Market Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
- Drive market penetration initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels and countries
2. Voice of Customer (VOC) & Voice of Market (VOM)
- Gather and analyze VOC and VOM insights to guide marketing strategies and product positioning
- Conduct market research, field visits, and customer engagement activities
- Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders for business decisions
3. Product Launch Management
- Lead and coordinate new product launches in Malaysia
- Work closely with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and timely approvals
- Collaborate with global teams for launch readiness and alignment
- Develop go-to-market strategies including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
4. Distributor & Channel Marketing
- Manage and support distributor marketing activities across the region
- Ensure alignment of local campaigns with regional marketing strategies
- Monitor and evaluate distributor marketing effectiveness
5. Professional Training and education.
- Lead regional training and education initiatives for dental professionals
- Organize workshops, seminars, and hands-on training programs
- Collaborate with clinical trainers and internal teams to enhance product adoption
6. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development
- Work closely with Professional Services and clinical consultants to identify and develop KOLs
- Build strong relationships with dentists, specialists, and industry leaders
- Leverage KOLs for education, advocacy, and brand credibility
7. Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Programs
- Develop tailored solutions and product packages for:
- Dental universities
- Dental service organizations (DSOs) / chain clinics
- Design and implement periodic promotional campaigns to remain competitive in the market
8. Marketing Collateral & Content Management
- Develop and manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, digital content, and presentations
- Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Support digital marketing initiatives where applicable
9. Digital & E-commerce Management
- Work closely with outsourced marketing vendors to manage social media platforms, track performance, and optimize campaigns
- Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversion, and provide regular performance insights
- Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform to drive online sales growth
- Support dealer needs on marketing collateral and digital assets where required
10. Vendor & Packaging Coordination
- Collaborate with outsourced vendors on local packaging development and adaptation
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and labelling requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on packaging and related business matters
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Product Management, and Global Marketing teams
- Act as a key bridge between regional markets and global headquarters
12. Additional Responsibilities
- Support regional events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Track marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements: Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in product launches and distributor management
- Digital marketing and e-commerce management experience preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
- High level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
