Role Overview

The Operations & Inventory Assistant is a dual-function role designed to streamline both the administrative and logistical sides of the business. This individual will ensure that the office runs efficiently while maintaining rigorous control over the sport tape inventory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Daily Tracking: Execute daily physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital inventory records.
• Logistics: Record all stock movements (incoming shipments, daily sales, and returns) using standardized tracking forms.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality standards and manage the organized storage of retail stock to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Audit Support: Assist in periodic inventory audits and provide data for monthly sales performance reviews.

2. Administrative & Office Support

• Documentation: Prepare and organize formal business correspondence, including authorization letters, proposals, and corporate agreements.
• Workflow Coordination: Manage the daily master schedule and complete administrative checklists to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Financial Admin: Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and documents related to business financing and banking facilities.
