Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT Technical Support (Linux - Windows) - Internship, Gaji tinggi MYR 600 di GB Network Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by GB Network Solutions
• To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by GB Network Solutions
• To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux)
• To reply to clients via Helpdesk
• To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Linux, Windows Server, Networking.
• Preferably skill(s): SQL, DNS, Programming.
• Required language(s): English
• Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Knowledge of/Experience with Web Hosting is a plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift (2 shift).
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shift
