Kerja Sepenuh Masa, DEVELOPMENT PLANNER di SETIA RZ DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review land use and development applications for compliance with regulations, policies, and by-laws.
• Manage projects from initial planning stages to completion, overseeing timelines and budgets.
• Utilize GIS and other data sources to analyze demographic trends and inform planning decisions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors, planner and other consultants.
• Prepare technical reports, planning policies, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Develop long-term community or economic development plans and strategies.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Regional Planning, Economics, or Related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
• Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., Arcview) and data analysis tools and ACAD.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for creating reports and presenting to groups.
• Deep understanding of planning legislation, zoning bylaws, and municipal processes.
• Ability to interpret complex data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Liason with local authorities.
• Register with Lembaga Perancang Bandar.
