Tanggungjawab

Administrative Support

  • Providing general administrative support, including document management, filing, and data entry.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating and following up with clients for documents (Quotation, Reports, and etc.)
  • Assist in coordination and following up with supplier for document (Quotation, Purchase Order, catalogue, and etc.)
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Accounts Support

  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing.
  • Process and verify staff claims in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform basic data entry and ensure accuracy of information.

Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in admin/account support is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting system (SQL) is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documentation accurately
  • Responsible, organised, and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
