Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan and create daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (stories, reels, carousels).
- Write creative captions, hashtags, and copy that match our brand tone.
- Manage the social media calendar and schedule consistent posts.
- Monitor engagement and performance, and suggest improvements.
- Reply to DMs, comments, and engage with followers.
2. Product Launches & Marketing Collateral
- Take and edit photos/videos of products for menus, ads, and campaigns.
- Design visuals such as posters, stickers, menus, and packaging mockups.
- Prepare launch materials (photos, prices, SOPs) and share updates with outlets.
- Update new products on online platforms (Beep, GrabFood, ShopeeFood, FoodPanda).
- Work with external creatives or ad partners when needed.
3. Seasonal & Campaign Marketing
- Plan and design festive campaigns (Raya, CNY, Christmas, etc.).
- Create themed packaging, cards, and social media visuals.
- Post festive greetings and interactive content like polls or giveaways.
4. Brand & Creative Direction
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for content, collaborations, and new releases.
- Research trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Ensure all marketing materials follow Sugar & I’s branding.
5. Events & Collaborations
- Help plan and decorate booths, dessert tables, and pop-up events.
- Capture content during events for marketing use.
- Coordinate KOL or influencer collaborations to boost brand awareness.
6. Internal Coordination
- Communicate with kitchen, FOH, and management teams on new launches and promotions.
- Prepare visual guides and internal updates for SOPs or packaging displays.
7. Reporting & Insights
- Track engagement and campaign performance.
- Prepare monthly reports and ideas to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
