We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand Irkaz Travel & Tours corporate and group travel portfolio. This role focuses on securing strategic clients such as corporations, banks, institutions, organizations, and private groups while building long-term partnerships that generate recurring revenue and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients and partners.
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
- Present tailored travel solutions including corporate trips, incentive tours, team building programs, staff retreats, Umrah packages, and private group travel.
- Convert prospects into confirmed bookings and long-term contracts.
2. Corporate Account Management
- Build strong relationships with decision makers such as HR, Admin, Procurement, and Management teams.
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize client value.
- Serve as the main liaison for corporate clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the travel journey.
3. Sales Cycle Ownership
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and travel packages.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
- Close deals and manage post-sales follow-ups.
- Track leads, pipeline progress, and closing rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
4. Market & Strategic Contribution
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and client needs.
- Identify new industries and corporate segments to target.
- Participate in exhibitions, corporate visits, networking events, and roadshows.
- Provide insights to marketing and management teams for growth strategies.
5. Reporting & KPI Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and yearly targets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, ticketing, finance, and marketing teams.
- Ensure seamless delivery of bookings, invoicing, and client services.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
- Background in Travel & Tours industry (Umrah experience preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, results-oriented mindset
