Location & Contract Details
- Based in Johor.
- 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
- Quick start date available for candidates with short or no notice period.
- Opportunity to lead client-side contract administration and commercial strategy for high-stakes data center projects in Cyberjaya.
- Direct reporting line to a Project Director with over 20 years of experience in mega-projects.
- Be part of an agile, fast-moving Project Management Consultancy with a proven 12+ year track record of commercial success.
- Take full responsibility for both pre- and post-contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite.
- Manage procurement of high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE).
- Evaluate and negotiate complex contract variations.
- Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management.
- At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
- Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
- Strong cost procurement skills.
- Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
- Elite global consultancy acting as a strategic partner to the world’s largest tech giants, operating in 15 countries.
- Multi-national management group leading a project controls division renowned for extreme data accuracy and a zero corporate red tape environment.
- Experience with Tier-1 contractors or global cost consultancies during formative career years.
- Demonstrated commercial longevity across full project lifecycles.
- Active professional credentials such as PMP, RICS/ISM chartership, or BQSM registration are highly valued.
