Responsibilities:

• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Ensure timely submission of full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies etc.
• To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
• Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Complete general ledger operations.
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with year-end closings.
• Must be able to liaise with the auditors, bankers and government department when is required.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• To handle asset accounts.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports as and when required.

Preferences:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or a professional accounting qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA.
• Minimum of 5 years related working experience.
• Audit experience is necessary.
• Able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong analytical skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
