About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern to support key initiatives in process mapping, automation tracking, and project management. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Tracking Automation Initiatives:

• Monitor and track the progress of various automation initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain project timelines, highlight key milestones, and escalate potential risks or delays.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to communicate the status of automation projects to senior leadership.

Junior Project Manager Support:

• Provide support to project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Help in preparing project documentation, meeting agendas, and presentations.
• Participate in project meetings, capturing key action points and following up with stakeholders.
• Support the team in project coordination tasks such as resource allocation, task management, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BACHELOR'S OR MASTER'S DEGREE in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of the advertising and digital marketing domain.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Interest in project management and automation technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship or coursework related to project management or process optimization.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools).
• Understanding of automation tools or systems.
