Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting 
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software 
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented 
• Good time management and communication skills 
• Able to work independently and in a team environment 
• Experience in accounting or finance is an advantage 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance-related tasks 
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial records 
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports 
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records 
• Reconcile bank statements and company transactions 
• Assist in payroll and petty cash management 
• Ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems 
• Support audit and tax documentation when required 
• Assist management with finance and administrative tasks
