Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end customer service for Import & Export shipments (Sea, Air & Land).

  • Prepare and issue quotations for freight charges, customs clearance, haulage, and related logistics services.

  • Coordinate shipment arrangements with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouses.

  • Liaise closely with China customers and suppliers, including shipment status updates, documentation requirements, and issue resolution.

  • Manage and follow up on shipping documents such as BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, and customs-related documents.

  • Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers until cargo delivery is completed.

  • Attend to customer inquiries, resolve operational issues, and handle complaints professionally.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, CS, Finance, Warehouse) to ensure smooth shipment execution.

  • Ensure all jobs comply with company SOPs, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records, job files, and system updates for all shipments.
