Jobscope
• Assist in handling daily accounting (bookeeping, e-invoice, check documents, record data, etc.)
• Prepare and update invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents
• Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system
• Assist in correspondence, coordination, and follow-up with internal departments or external parties
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum SPM/ Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Basic knowledge in accounting and administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL is an advantage)
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive, organised, and able to multitask effectively
