Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for processing monthly payroll (salary payments, statutory payments) and verifying payroll administration. 

  • Update employees’ attendance, over time and leave reports including computations for payroll. 

  • Assist in EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory submissions

  • Maintain, update, and file of employment records. Ensure various personnel records are up to date.

  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees.

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and acceptance of resignation letters.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

  • Support management in administrative and HR-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in HR & payroll functions.

  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
