Job Responsibilities:
Accountable for processing monthly payroll (salary payments, statutory payments) and verifying payroll administration.
Update employees’ attendance, over time and leave reports including computations for payroll.
Assist in EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory submissions
Maintain, update, and file of employment records. Ensure various personnel records are up to date.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and acceptance of resignation letters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
Support management in administrative and HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in HR & payroll functions.
Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
