About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Report Engineer / Data Entry Executive to join our team at ALLNAMICS (M) SDN BHD. This full-time role is based in Johor Bahru, Johor, and will involve data entry, reporting, and administrative support for our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately input data into various software systems and databases

2. Generate comprehensive reports and analyses from the collected data

3. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence

4. Collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure efficient data processing and reporting

5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of effective data management systems

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or report generation role

2. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

4. Good problem-solving and analytical skills

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
