Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Coordinate with product and cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

  • Maintain and update internal documentation and operational records.

  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assist in improving internal processes and customer service efficiency when needed.

Requirements / Skills & Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Customer service or administrative experience is an added advantage.
