Managing full sets of accounts for clients from various industries

Preparing yearly financial reports

Preparing management accounts and financial statements

Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger functions

Assisting clients with bookkeeping and accounting advisory matters

Preparing SST/GST related schedules and tax-related supporting documents

Liaising with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and government authorities

Ensuring timely submission of reports and compliance with statutory requirements

Assisting in payroll processing and related accounting functions when required

Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documentation

Supporting internal accounting operations of the firm

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm environment

Experience in handling full sets of accounts

Familiar with accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements

Knowledge of accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar systems

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Candidates with professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.) or those pursuing professional studies will have an added advantage
