Responsibilities
Assist in data entry and maintaining accounting records
Prepare invoices, receipts, and filing documents
Support daily administrative and office tasks
Handle emails, phone calls, and document management
Assist in preparing reports using Microsoft Excel
Support finance and admin team in daily operations
Diploma/Degree students in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good communication and organizational skills
Responsible and willing to learn
Able to start internship immediately is an advantage
Practical working experience
Friendly working environment
Training and guidance provided
