Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner
Process and key in customer orders accurately using the Customer Service & Traffic Control system
Coordinate pick-up arrangements and liaise with couriers to ensure timely dispatch
Receive and record Lodge-In shipments from customers accurately
Perform shipment tracing, update details in the Intranet system, and follow up until resolution with regular customer updates
Manage and follow up on all pre-alerts until issues are resolved
Handle reverse charge requests and ensure proper follow-up until completion
Coordinate with shippers to resolve problem or exception shipments
Prepare and submit required reports promptly, including daily cash and credit collection reports
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area, including proper filing
Office Maintenance: Ensure the customer service area is tidy and clean and manage filing efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or Diploma, with at least 1 year of experience in the courier or logistics industry (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
