Our client is a global manufacturing company within the industrial and electronics manufacturing space, currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support project governance, NPI coordination, and operational planning activities.

about the job

  • Coordinate and monitor new product introduction (NPI) and transfer projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between project managers, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking systems, dashboards, and status reporting for management visibility.
  • Support factory capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness assessments.
  • Drive project governance activities including risk tracking, milestone monitoring, and process alignment.
  • Utilize Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools to generate data-driven insights and improve project transparency.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution efficiency.
  • Support KPI tracking, forecasting accuracy, and project prioritization activities.
about the requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or PMO functions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and resource management.
  • Experience within electronics manufacturing, SMT, assembly, or industrial manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
  • PMP certification, Lean, or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
