Job Description

We are looking for an intern to join our FG warehouse team to support in daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth inventory movement, accurate stock management, and timely shipment coordination. The internship aims to provide exposure to warehouse planning, inventory control, shipping coordination, and operational reporting within a manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring finished goods inventory movement and stock accuracy.

• Support warehouse documentation and system updates for shipments and inventory records.

• Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and container arrangements.

• Support monthly stock take activities and inventory reconciliation.

• Monitor warehouse operational data and assist in report preparation.

• Assist the warehouse team in ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety, and food safety requirements.

• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Knowledge of warehouse or logistics operations will be an added advantage.
