seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to join our dedicated team in Ipoh, Perak. As an ICU Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional critical care to our most seriously ill patients. What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU

• Closely monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, and managing complex medical equipment

• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining detailed clinical records

• Offering emotional support and education to patients and their families

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICU setting

• Strong clinical skills in critical care, including advanced life support and emergency management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
