We are looking for a Project Admin Intern to support our team in handling project documentation, coordination, and daily administrative operations within a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily project and administrative activities
- Prepare and update project documents, reports, and records
- Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and status updates
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors regarding project matters
- Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements
- Maintain proper filing and document control for project-related paperwork
- Help monitor material requests, deliveries, and project timelines
- Attend meetings and assist in preparing meeting notes or follow-up actions
- Support site or operational teams with administrative coordination when required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Able to commit for at least [3 months]
- Internship letter from university/college (if required)
