Administrative Jobs:
Maintain office supplies, equipment, building upkeep
Organize and maintain proper filing
Support operation tasks when needed
Support HR-related tasks such as attendance, timetable etc
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and office maintenance
Accounting Duties
Assist in stock recording and stock count
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Daily transactions checking & issue receipts & vouchers
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management
Support with tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance
Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, email)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication skills and positive working attitude
