Tanggungjawab

Administrative Jobs:

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, building upkeep

  • Organize and maintain proper filing

  • Support operation tasks when needed

  • Support HR-related tasks such as attendance, timetable etc

  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and office maintenance

Accounting Duties

  • Assist in stock recording and stock count

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

  • Daily transactions checking & issue receipts & vouchers

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software

  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management

  • Support with tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance

Requirements
  • Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, email)

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills and positive working attitude
