Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Engineering Support - Assistant di Jowat Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Primary job functions:

• Basic knowledge of engineering, interpreting technical drawings, dimensions, specifications, and assembly of machinery

• Basic Knowledge of spare parts, inventory management, and procurement processes.

• Understanding of RFQ handling, purchase requisitions, and supplier coordination.

• Ability to use inventory management software (CMMS, ERP, or similar).

• Understanding of stock control, auditing, and cycle counting.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance processes and spare parts classification.

• Strong data entry and record-keeping abilities.

• Ability to track and monitor stock levels accurately. 

• Strong attention on parts withdrawal & stock discrepancies.

• Ability to follow up with local suppliers on deliveries and pending orders.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.

• Ability to perform stock counts and reconcile inventory differences.

• Ability to meet deadlines and effecient time management

• Good organizational skills for maintaining structured records and reports.

Required Skill & Ability

• Effective Communication skills.

• Trustworthy.

• Knowledge on Conduct quarterly, or annual stock counts to verify inventory accuracy.

• Able to Investigate discrepancies between system records and physical stock.

• Support on Implement corrective actions to prevent stock loss or overstocking.

Education & Experience 

• Degree in engineering/management, OR Diploma in engineering (any field) with 1-2 working experience.
