Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents

  • Support staff and management with daily operational tasks

  • Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation

  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices and expense tracking (if required)

  • Coordinate internal communications and office activities

  • Ensure office procedures and policies are followed

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
