Tanggungjawab
Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
Support staff and management with daily operational tasks
Maintain organized records and ensure proper documentation
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices and expense tracking (if required)
Coordinate internal communications and office activities
Ensure office procedures and policies are followed
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
