Job scope:

1) Involve in exercise prescription for all category of clientele as below but not limited to:
Create personalized fitness and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs, including clinical needs, general fitness, athletic performance, and injury recovery.

2) Execute training sessions
Conduct high-quality sessions with clear instructions, ensuring safety, motivation, and engagement for all clients by following the company's internal SOP.

3) Monitor Client Progress and Provide Ongoing Support by enhancing customer experience
Perform regular assessments, track performance data, and adjust programs accordingly while offering continuous feedback and encouragement to clients.

3) Assist in Quality control
Involved in quality cross-checking among the team members.

4) Involve in Researching and contribute to company development
Research is crucial for our growth. Involvement in research ensures that the methods practiced by the company are aligned with the latest updates in relevant fields.

5) Perform Performance Test and rehabilitation test, subsequently produce analysis report
Conduct performance and rehabilitation tests, followed by preparing a detailed analysis report to track progress and guide training strategies.

6) Support Marketing and Social Media Efforts
Contribute to content creation
